Loulahs Little Labels Founded in January 2020 by company owner Celine Mace.

Loulahs supplies you with your every need for handcrafted hair bows, pram charms, nappy cakes & a small but unique selection of children's wear.

Return Policy

Clothing- Clothing is Fully Refundable if Unworn & returns in all original packaging condition.

We have great confidence in our clothing range so all items are sold as seen. A reason must be given for Return. 

You will be refunded in the same payment transaction as your purchase.

Hand Crafted Bows, silicone dummy clips & teethers-

Unfortunately we cannot refund bows & silicone dummy clips/ teethers as they are made to order. However we will respect and look into any reason you feel you need a refund. Dummy Clips & bows are not a toy, they should not be used as a toy as this will cause damage. We take great care in making our products to a high standard and good quality for your baby but they require parent supervision at all times and are not suitable for safe sleeping. CHOKING HAZARD! Loulahs is not responsible for any damages or issues once its left our workshop you agree to this by purchasing and collecting at the door. Do not steam sterilise. 

We have great confidence in our handcrafted products they are well packaged and protected through the postal travel. However once items have left the work shop we are no longer liable for any damages. In the event of any damages to your item whilst being used/worn we offer a repair service.

Nappy Cakes- Nappy Cakes Are Fully Made To Order, throughout the crafting of your nappy cake you will be well included to insure every inch is to your perfection. Payments must be made prior to your nappy cake being made. We hold a stock for basic cakes any further requirements are purchased sorely for your order. Nappy Cakes Can not be refunded as they are collected from work shop and confirmed. All items used in Nappy Cake are brand new, however we suggest washing/ cleaning before using to insure the safety of baby. we are not held responsible for any items used in nappy cake that are not branded to loulahs. you will be made aware of what products are ours. WARNING- SAFETY PINS, ELASTIC BANDS, PLASTIC IS USED TO CREATE CAKE,ENSURE  ALL DANGEROUS ITEMS ARE REMOVED BEFORE BABY USE.

Posting & Collection- 

All Items excluding nappy cakes we are able to post within the UK depending on the bulk of your order postage starts from £2.

Collection from work shop is also available as an alternative from post for free. 

We expect your handcrafted orders to be dispatched within 3  days of your purchase. You will be made aware if we are in high demand.
